Dr Muir Houston is a Lecturer in the School of Education and a member of the Social Justice, Place and Lifelong Education (SJPLE) Research Group at the University of Glasgow.
Professor of Urban Studies and Housing
Keith Kintrea has funded and led over 30 research grants and contracts, and acted as co-investigator for 15 other major projects. He has published over 100 articles, reports and book sections, including more than 30 refereed journal articles mainly on housing, regeneration and young people.
Research Associate (Urban Studies)
Dr Saeed Maadi joined UDBC as a research associate in transportation planning. Saeed received his PhD in Transportation Planning from Kyoto University, Japan in 2018.
Research Fellow: Educational Disadvantage and Place
Dr Phil Mason joined UBDC to work on the Educational Disadvantage and Place project, which is investigating neighbourhood effects on Secondary, Further and Higher Education outcomes and trajectories into work in Glasgow and the seven surrounding Local Authority areas.
